All shipping and returns are free. Taxes are included in the price. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, except for custom-made jewelry where the delay can be up to 6 weeks. You have up to 14 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request including your order number and invoice. In the event of a manufacturing defect, your jewelry will be repaired free of charge for one year following the date of purchase.
