These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC") are applicable to all sales of items concluded via the Korloff merchant site accessible at the following address www.korloff.com (hereinafter the "Site"), for delivery in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Monaco.
The Customer declares that they have read these general terms and conditions of sale and have accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose, before placing their order. Validation of their order therefore constitutes acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general terms and conditions of sale. In accordance with the provisions of Article 1127-1 of the Civil Code, these general terms and conditions of sale may be kept by any person visiting the Website www.korloff.com, by means of a computer recording and may also be reproduced by the customer, by means of their printing. As these GTC may be subject to modification, the version applicable to the Customer's purchase is the one in force on the Website on the date the order is placed.
These general terms and conditions of sale will be applicable as long as they appear on the website www.korloff.com. In the event that, after the date of their removal from the website www.korloff.com, these general terms and conditions of sale nevertheless remain accessible to the public via other websites or by any other means, they will however no longer be enforceable against Korloff SA.

Information relating to all KORLOFF SA items that may be sold on the website www.korloff.com is available, with their references, on said website as well as in our Flagship store in Paris.
The Customer is required to refer to the description of each item in order to know its properties and essential characteristics, before placing any order.
This information complies with the requirements of the legal and regulatory texts in force, in particular Articles L. 111-1 and L221-5 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the ministerial decree of 3 December 1987 "relating to consumer information on prices".
Any information regarding the weight of precious materials and the number of stones and carats are given for information purposes only and may vary slightly (each piece is unique and its artisanal manufacturing process justifies a slight difference in the weight of the materials). For jewelry, this information refers to metric 52 for rings and metric 17 for women's bracelets.
The photographs and graphics of the products offered for sale on the Site are indicative only.
Thus, despite all the care that KORLOFF SA takes in presenting its articles on its site, KORLOFF SA cannot guarantee that their real appearance corresponds exactly to their appearance on the screen. Variations in shade may occur, in particular due to the technical limitations of the color rendering of computer equipment. KORLOFF SA cannot be held responsible for non-substantial errors that may occur.
KORLOFF SA reserves the right to modify at any time the assortment of items offered for sale on its Site, without prejudice to orders placed by the customer and accepted by KORLOFF SA. Offers of items are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limit of available stocks. Only items with an "Add to cart" button may be sold through the site. For any questions relating to the items and their use, any additional questions or requests for advice, the Customer may contact KORLOFF SA customer service in accordance with the means described in the "Contact us" section of the website.
- Orders online
Orders may be placed online at www.korloff.com. The customer is responsible for telecommunications costs when accessing the Internet and using the site.
Account registration and validation of visitor purchases
To place an order, the customer may either create an online account and identify himself before placing the order, or place an order as a visitor without creating an online account by selecting the “As a guest” option. When placing an order as a visitor, a customer account will nevertheless be created in Korloff SA’s internal systems in order to record his/her purchase(s).
In case of prolonged inactivity when logging in, it is possible that the selection of items chosen before this inactivity is no longer guaranteed. The Customer will be invited to resume their product selection from the beginning.
All steps necessary for the sale will be specified on the Website www.korloff.com in accordance with the provisions of Article 1369-1 of the Civil Code.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1369-2 of the Civil Code, the customer will have the opportunity, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of his order and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. From the moment the customer has validated his order, KORLOFF SA will acknowledge receipt of it without delay and by electronic means.
However, the sale will only be considered effective, and the sales contract formed, after the Customer has been sent confirmation of the order by KORLOFF SA by e-mail. Only the items shipped will be invoiced with any transport costs.
- Refusal of orders
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-11 of the Consumer Code, KORLOFF SA will be entitled to refuse any abnormal order.
Furthermore, KORLOFF SA will be entitled to refuse any new order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order.
The price of the items is inclusive of all taxes, plus delivery costs. It is expressed in euros.
The price including tax of each item that the customer would like to purchase as well as the amount of any transport costs relating to their delivery is indicated before the final validation of the order. The payment requested from the customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase of the items concerned, including these possible costs.
The customer must explicitly acknowledge their payment obligation, before validating their order, by checking the box “finalize the order”
The customer will receive:
- By e-mail, written confirmation of the order to which are attached these General Terms and Conditions (including the return and exchange form) and mentioning the essential characteristics of the items ordered, the price paid and any delivery costs;
- At the billing address, upon delivery, for each of the items, a paper invoice detailing the price of the items and any delivery costs payable by the customer.
Please note that the VAT applied is French VAT.
KORLOFF SA recommends that the customer keep the confirmation sent by e-mail on paper or electronic media. In the event of non-receipt of these e-mails, the customer is advised to check whether they have not ended up in junk mail. The customer is informed that the e-mails are sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Also, in the event of an error in entering the e-mail address concerned, or non-receipt of the message confirming the dispatch of the order, KORLOFF SA cannot be held liable. In this case, the sale will be considered final, except in cases of cancellation of the order by KORLOFF SA, in particular due to unavailability of the items, non-payment or suspicion of fraud. The customer may nevertheless exercise his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.
KORLOFF SA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, subject to current orders. The applicable prices are therefore those in effect on the day the order is confirmed by the customer.
Payment for customer purchases on the site can be made by bank card (cards from the "CB" network are accepted - Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express) and payment in 3 or 4 installments free of charge with Alma.
The customer's bank card is debited when the order is prepared.
To this end, the customer guarantees to KORLOFF SA that he is the holder of the bank card and that the name appearing on this bank card to be debited is indeed his own, then communicates in a secure environment on the Internet, the number and expiry date, appearing on the front of his bank card, as well as, where applicable, the visual cryptogram numbers appearing on the back (or front) of his bank card.
In the context of online payments, and in order to combat online fraud, the check will be carried out online with the competent banking establishments and organizations, queried via the STRIPE system.
The data transmitted by the customer relating to his bank card are processed in accordance with the policy relating to cookies and the protection of personal data, accessible on the website www.korloff.com .
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever (opposition, refusal by the issuing center, etc.), the debit of the sums owed by the customer proves impossible, the purchase process on the website will be cancelled.
- We ship to the following countries within the EU (Schengen Area) and Monaco: France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
We do not deliver to hotels or PO boxes.
Shipments within Europe are usually handled by TNT, but Korloff may reserve the right to entrust the shipment to another carrier. Customers will be informed precisely by email of the name of the carrier and their tracking number once the order has been processed.
Once your order has been sent, you can track your shipment on the carrier's website with the tracking number sent to you by email. Please note that the tracking number will be sent to the email address used for the purchase.
The goods are sent with insurance. In case of damage during shipping, we ask the customer to contact our customer service at the email address: contact@korloff.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please keep all packaging, goods and invoices to allow us to verify the damage and process the claim. Our customer service will contact you to define the procedure.
In case of damage during shipping, we will send you a new item to replace the damaged one. The replacement of the good will take place within 30 days after the customer notifies you of the damage and only after receiving the damaged item at: KORLOFF SA - 18/20 rue de la Paix,75002 Paris (France). Please contact our customer service to arrange the pick-up of the goods.
- Delivery to EU countries (Schengen area) and Monaco is free for the customer
Available products will be shipped within 7 days, except for unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Korloff SA.
Orders placed in the afternoon (12 noon), on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
The unavailability of one or more products is duly indicated before purchase.
If a product is not available in stock, it can be added to a "wish list" and/or, the customer can choose to be informed when the item is back in stock. Contact us via the "Contact Us" section of the website or by email at Contact@korloff.com so that we can keep you updated. If you decide to order it at that time, the same delivery time as above will apply once the product is physically back in our stock.
- Home delivery
Subject to the provisions of the paragraph below, delivery of the items may only take place at the customer's permanent home, or at their professional address, located in one of the following countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Monaco.
The customer also has the option of having the items delivered to one of the natural persons of his choice whose permanent domicile is located in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Monaco.
It is understood that no deliveries can be made to hotels or PO boxes.
The delivery of the items will take place, after the payment of the amount of the order has been recorded, to the address of the customer or the natural person designated by the customer, within the time period indicated to the customer before placing the order. In the absence of indication of the delivery date, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, the delivery of the items ordered will take place at the latest within 30 days from the day following confirmation of the order, subject to full payment of the price. KORLOFF SA will deliver the items ordered either by express transport or by simple parcel.
If, upon delivery, the external appearance of the package is not perfect, the customer will open it in the presence of the carrier in order to check the condition of the item. In the event of damage, the customer will detail it precisely on the delivery note, and may send a complaint to the KORLOFF SA E-commerce department (contact@korloff.com). If the delivery of the products is delayed by an event beyond the control of KORLOFF SA, the latter will inform the customer as soon as possible and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the effect of this delay.
If KORLOFF SA does not deliver within the time period indicated before placing the order or within thirty (30) days following the date of the order confirmation, the customer may cancel the order in question and obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in advance and corresponding to any product not received if, after having ordered KORLOFF SA in writing to make the delivery within a reasonable additional time, KORLOFF SA has not complied.
In any event, the sole recourse in the event of KORLOFF SA's failure to deliver the order will be for the customer the right to cancel the order concerned and to receive a refund of the sums paid in advance and corresponding to any product not received.
Please note that the shipment of ordered items is always conditional upon receipt of full payment from the customer.
KORLOFF SA will require a handwritten or electronic signature from the Customer or that of a person present at the designated delivery address to confirm delivery of each product. If the customer has designated a recipient who is not himself for delivery purposes (for example, in the case of a gift), he understands and accepts that proof of the recipient's signature constitutes proof of delivery and performance by KORLOFF SA of its delivery obligation, and a transfer of liability and risk to the recipient as if the product had been delivered to him. KORLOFF SA reserves the right to deliver the products only to the person who is the intended recipient of the order, as indicated on the package label, and to request an identity check for verification purposes at the time of delivery of certain categories of products. - Pick up your parcel in store - Click and Collect
When collecting the item from the store, you must present the order confirmation email and a valid ID. Your identity will then be verified, which you expressly accept by choosing this delivery method. The store also reserves the right to verify the payment card used to pay for the order. The purchased item will then be given to the customer against signature of a collection slip.
You also have the option of asking a person of your choice to come and collect the item on your behalf and for you under the conditions of this article. This third party will be asked to bring:
- his own identity document,
- your identity document,
- a letter signed by you authorizing this person to come and collect the property in your name and on your behalf,
- the email you received informing you that the item is available in store.
The store may collect the main information from your identity documents in order to ensure your security and prevent any fraudulent use of your identity and/or your means of payment.
This service is offered and available in our Parisian boutique located at 18 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris.
- Order tracking
Once the order has been sent by Korloff SA, you can follow the progress of your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number you received by email or by contacting our Korloff advisors on 01 49 27 92 09
The delivery time for personalized (bridal) products is 12 weeks.
All our products are sent in a precious Korloff Paris box.
The transfer of ownership of KORLOFF SA products to the customer only occurs after full payment. The transfer of risk, as defined in section 8, takes place upon delivery (i.e. when the KORLOFF SA products are handed over to the customer or to a third party designated by him at the delivery address given to KORLOFF SA against signature.
It is understood by KORLOFF SA that customers who are not satisfied with items ordered may exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-18 of the Consumer Code under the best conditions.
All exchanges and returns in EU and Monaco are free for the customer.
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchanged and returned items must be unworn, without signs of damage, in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.).
Any request for exchange or return of a purchased item must be submitted by email to contact@korloff.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Exchange procedures
KORLOFF SA offers its customers the possibility of exchanging the delivered items under the conditions described below.
It is specified that within the framework of the use of the Gift Service, the exchange option cannot be exercised by the recipient of the gift but only by the customer himself.
The customer can choose one of the options below for exchange, within 14 days from the delivery date:
1. You can make an exchange remotely. In this case, you can consult the return procedure below before placing a new order.
2. Or go to our Paris Flagship with the items delivered in their original packaging, in their original condition, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice in order to proceed with the exchange.
In the event of an exchange of product(s), payment for the new sale will be made by offsetting the amount of the previous sale, it being understood that any overpayment will be subject to either a credit in favor of the customer, or a re-credit to the customer's bank card or bank account, provided that the customer contacts Customer Relations at contact@korloff.com.
In the event of a remote exchange, the new sale will be subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. In the event of an in-store exchange, the new sale will be subject to the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any in-store sale.
- Return Procedures
1. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" section of the website or by email at contact@korloff.com . Indicate your order number and the reasons why you wish to return the item. One of our customer service staff will process your return and will be happy to advise you and answer any questions you may have.
2. We only accept returned items in their original packaging, in their original condition, without any signs of damage and complete (accessories, instructions ...). We do not accept scratched items, items with missing stones or missing spare parts of the items.
3. We will refund you once the item has been received, checked and processed as per the instructions in Point 2. The credit date is the same as the debit date, so you do not suffer any loss in terms of cash flow.
4. After we received the package, it may take a few days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
5. In cases where the conditions set out in point 2 are not met, the refund of the purchased goods will not be made.
The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the items delivered do not comply with his order, the customer must inform KORLOFF SA's Customer Relations Department by telephone and return the items in question in accordance with the return rules set out in Article 10 of these general terms and conditions of sale and below (return costs).
KORLOFF Paris items are subject to the warranty conditions provided by law.
Thus, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity, for defective, damaged or damaged products that do not correspond to the order, and from the legal guarantee of hidden defects, arising from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products sold.
The customer is informed that the guarantor of defects in the item sold is KORLOFF SA. When acting under the legal guarantee of conformity, the customer:
- Benefits from a period of two (2) years from delivery of the goods to file a claim;
- May choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code;
- Is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery of the goods, except for second-hand goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may have been granted. The customer may decide to implement the guarantee of hidden defects within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, the customer may choose to have the sale refunded or choose to keep the item by requesting a price reduction in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
When the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity or the legal guarantee of hidden defects, the delivery costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the rate invoiced by KORLOFF SA and the return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.
The legal provisions relating to the guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects are reproduced in Appendix I of these General Terms and Conditions.
For any information, complaint or question relating to the Internet sales conditions set up by KORLOFF SA or to the items themselves, customers should contact the E-commerce Service by e-mail: contact@korloff.com, stating their order number where applicable.
- KORLOFF SA collects and processes the customer's personal data in accordance with its policy on cookies and the protection of personal data, accessible on the Site www.korloff.com .
The following information is intended to allow users to know, before accessing any section of the site, how KORLOFF SA processes and uses users' personal data.
Users' personal data may be required to access certain sections of the site and to submit any requests for information and/or services.
KORLOFF SA - as Data Controller - undertakes to manage all user data in accordance with GDPR 2016/679 "General Data Protection Regulation"
When using the website, the following information is recorded and stored: the name of the Internet service provider used, the browser, the website of origin and the pages visited. This information is intended to be used for statistical purposes and to measure the use of the website in order to adapt it in order to constantly improve the user experience.
Other user data that may be collected includes:
o Contact details, such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, nationality and any other personal data provided by completing the “Contact Us” section of the website.
o Information relating to transactions carried out on the online store by users (such as name, first name, delivery address).
o Personal information included in any communication sent by users to report problems and/or requests related to our products and website.
o Personal data collected by third parties, for example data that users share with us via social networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
- Purposes of processing
The purposes of processing personal data directly transmitted by users via the filling of online forms may be the following:
o Allow registration on the site, or be necessary to access certain sections, provide and manage the various services offered;
o Carrying out marketing activities – with the user's prior consent and until revocation - (such as, but not limited to, sending promotional and advertising material, carrying out analyses on registered users, allowing KORLOFF SA to improve the services and products offered to its customers). These activities will be carried out by e-mail, and/or SMS and will be subject to specific consent and until revocation;
o Sending newsletters regarding updates on all site news, new collections and/or events;
o Respond to user requests regarding the “Contact Us” section of the KORLOFF SA website.
User registration on the Site is not mandatory and is not required for the provision of certain services offered by KORLOFF SA. However, in order to process any requests from users regarding these services, they will be asked to provide personal data, which will be processed solely for these purposes.
- Data processing conditions
Personal data will be processed mainly in automated form, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes.
- Users' personal data
Failure to provide, partially or incorrectly, the personal data necessary for the execution of certain services will not allow them to be executed.
- Categories of personal data processed
In addition to the personal data provided directly by users (such as name, surname, postal address, e-mail, etc.), computer systems and software acquire indirect data, when connecting to the site, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These data are processed for the sole purpose of carrying out anonymous statistical surveys.
User registration on the Site is not mandatory and is not required for the provision of certain services offered by KORLOFF SA. - Who can know users' personal data?
Personal data may be brought to the attention of employees or collaborators of KORLOFF SA who, acting under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed as data controllers: they will receive appropriate operational instructions in this regard.
- Communication or disclosure of users' personal data
Personal data provided directly by users through the filling of online forms will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated.
- Minors
KORLOFF SA protects the privacy and safety of children, therefore any communication of personal data relating to a minor must be made by a parent or a person exercising parental authority over the child. By registering on the site, the user declares that he or she has reached the age of majority in his or her country of residence.
The performance by KORLOFF SA of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a case of force majeure which would hinder or delay its performance. The following are considered as such, in particular, but not limited to, war, riots, insurrection, administrative police measures, social unrest and strikes for reasons external to the company.
KORLOFF SA will inform the Customer of the occurrence of a case of force majeure as soon as possible. In the event that this suspension continues beyond a period of fifteen days following the information communicated to the Customer, the latter will then have the possibility of canceling the current order, and it will then be reimbursed under the conditions set out in article 8 of these general terms and conditions of sale.
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a difficulty arising during the ordering or delivery of KORLOFF SA items, the customer will have the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice.
Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale and its consequences will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
The Customer is informed that he may, in any event, submit the dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions opposing him to KORLOFF SA to the MEDICYS Mediation and Cyber-Services Center ( https://medicys-consommation.fr/ ) which will attempt, in complete independence and impartiality, to bring the parties together with a view to reaching an amicable solution. In this context, you must first send a written complaint to MEDICYS – 73, Boulevard de Clichy 75009 Paris. One month later, if you are not satisfied, you can contact the MEDICYS mediation service simply and free of charge electronically by submitting your file on www.medicys-consommation.fr , or by regular mail (attach your email, telephone number and written complaint) to MEDICYS – 73, Boulevard de Clichy 75009 Paris.
