As a partner of the Soulages Museum and a founding member of the Cercle International Pierre Soulages, Maison Korloff shares a close relationship with the museum and since May, visitors have also been able to discover the Salle Korloff within the museum.
Exploring the Soulages Museum
Published in July 2026, the book retraces the history of the museum, from Pierre Soulages' lifelong connection to Rodez to the creation of the museum and its remarkable architecture by RCR Arquitectes.
Richly illustrated and written by the museum's curatorial team, it explores the exceptional collection of more than 500 works donated by Pierre and Colette Soulages, guiding readers through the artist's creative process, the evolution of his work and the singular vision that defined one of contemporary art's most distinctive oeuvres.
Available in both French and English, the publication offers visitors the opportunity to extend their discovery of the museum long after their visit.
A Shared Vision of Black
For Pierre Soulages, black was never the absence of light, but its revealer. Through his Outrenoir works, he transformed black into a living material that reflects and reveals light.
This unique vision naturally resonates with Maison Korloff, where black is at the heart of the Maison's identity. Embodied by the legendary Black Korloff diamond, it expresses character, mystery and timeless creativity.
Supporting this publication reflects Maison Korloff's enduring commitment to preserving artistic heritage and celebrating the dialogue between art, culture and exceptional craftsmanship.
